The app was easy to install and get up and running with the physical monitor. The best part about it is that when used for travel (I just tossed it in the diaper bag with the power cord and off we went!) it automatically connects to your phone application again - just be sure to be on the 2.4g wifi or it won't connect at all (still not set up for 5g wifi! most monitors aren't). Thanks SO MUCH to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this baby monitor.

Ehh it's OK. Definitely not my favorite. I can't make the screen small on my phone and do other things and still watch the camera. Has a slight lag also. Edit: samsung galaxy S21 plus

When a product (baby monitor) is 100% dependent on the functionality of an app to work, the app needs to be flawless. This app ruins the product and I will be returning an otherwise fine product because of it. Constant connection errors. 10 second to 2 minute lag in stream. Setup is ugly and dysfunctional. Doesn't actually work with Google home... I could go on.

If you brought this camera, please return it now! 1. Bad business practice. Like everyone said, they discontinued the previous product (which was just as terrible as this current product). Cameras just stopped working and everyone was left with a perfectly fine hardware with no working software. To top it off they gave old customers a coupon so you can buy their new product. 2. Short version of all the things that are wrong with this new product: everything is glitchy. It's NOT worth it.
