I'm an employee at the Starmarket and I would like to access and clip my associates coupons for free items of the month. they're not currently showing up in the associates discount tab the only one clip I have is the 5%-10% discount but not the other free items that are available each month to all associates please respond and help me fix this feature

A good app overall but one major flaw in their ordering system (and not just limited to the app): if you get a deal like "buy 2 get 1 free" that has brand restrictions, if one of your selected items is not available you end up paying more per item because the deal is broken. While you can specify substitutions the selection is usually limited and often does not include items that are part of the initial deal restrictions so you can't be sure the substitute item will keep the deal active.

I do most of my grocery shopping at Star/Shaws markets. And enjoy it for the most part but there seems to be a problem of getting overcharged pretty much every time on some or a few items most of the time when I check out. And the app can have difficulty working when in the stores. And closing down checkout lines early and pushing people to have to use self check out is a real problem.

The first issue is that there is no way to remove items from the "Buy It Again" list. I reached out to customer support for assistance with this, but they were unable to help me. The second (and biggest) issue is that every time I place an order, there are multiple items in my order that do not get delivered because they are allegedly out of stock despite the fact that the app lists them as in stock. Their item availability is in serious need of improvement.

The app opens but goes to a page saying put in zip code. I don't know why since I use the app regularly but I put in my zip code and there's an error. I can't actually go into the app and see the list I put together yesterday. It's literally broke right now.
