The service and meals are excellent, but the latest update to their app doesn't allow me to select my meals. I must use their website to make my selections. Hopefully they will fix this soon. update: seems like they resolved the meal selection problem in the Nov 20 release .

I love factor, but the app is meh. my orders are wrong from time to time. the recent changes on the app now make it impossible to double check what I ordered against what I got. I also wish I could forever decline certain meals and not have them come up as selected. if I forget to check the order, I'm liable to get a meal I don't like. the only other suggestion I have is making the seal on the meals easier to remove. Is there any way to fix these issues?

I was presented with an ad for a discount (pay $77 for 8 meals) after completing a purchase on another app. I agreed to the discount and submitted payment, after which I would be able to select my meals. However, once the payment went through, the email confirmation that I received reflected the full price ($131.05). Not acceptable at all. Going to try to cancel.

Latest update for mobile app is absolute garbage. It was difficult to navigate before, but at least you could see in the list views the Calorie and Macro breakdowns for each meal. With the new update, you cannot sort properly, and even when you choose a sort like Protein: High to low, it doesn't sort correctly. You have to click on each individual meal to see the macros. This is a terrible experience for someone trying to plan out specific meals.
