When you are browsing motion detection videos on sd card, please could you make it so that it shows what video you have already viewed, like have the video you have just watched be highlighted or ticked, as sometimes there are more than a hundred clips to browse and if I look away for a couple of seconds and go back I forget what video is next to view or what video has been seen, thanks

The app works well enough however it does feel very clunky and not easy to use immediately, after just over a year using the app I finally know what everything does, the web client does have a lot more options available, between the 3 different versions of the app (desktop Hip2p, Web client and mobile) there is no feature parity each version has vastly different options for controlling the camera and its settings

The app is not well thought out. Ease of use is not going to be an experience in this app.... exasperating might describe it. Hardware and software are all China made so your privacy is automatically compromised. Support is directly out of china via email. Don't install the camera anywhere you don't want the CCP getting information from.

10th july 2022 this does not work on s20 !!!!!!!! update garbage still crashs when adding camera s20+ latest software makes app unusable. Having to use onvifer app as this works well but requires port forwarding for remote access.app you sell cameras that can't be used with software please fix.still doesn't work what a waste of money buying cameras you can't use won't by again if you can't be bothered to update apps. 5 updates and still same issue will never buy citronics again !!!!!!
