it takes forever for the camera to sync to the current time and frame. it'll alert me that there is motion at the front door but when I go to check it the app hasn't updated to show me. it could be 1 am but the video still shows the camera frame from 2 pm the day before. even after restarting app and phone

I had to redo my review. My problem returned. Make sure you photo shoot your payment. I paid the cost for cloud but only one cam is recording. I have 4 cams. Seeing fixed the issue and months later disconnected my recordings. They will not always make immediate contact with you. You may submit a complaint but won't receive an answer for months and when you receive an answer it may be a answer from someone else's complaint. I read some messages that I know were not from my complaint. Beware!!!
