Slow. Unresponsive. Freezes and crashes often. Does not continuously sync to Outlook calendar after initial setup with Outlook. Half the time loads a blank agenda when I hit 'My Agenda'.

I understand why the makers would want to make this app be powered by ServiceNow, but in practice that means the app wants a constant connection to a notoriously slow, complex and vast database. But that's fine as long as you're not using this in a situation where thousands of users are all making system requests at once. Like. . . at a large scale corporate event. Oh. Oh dear. . . Let this be a lesson to all you designers to at least think about the conditions where your app will be used!
