I got a photo blanket and it said to sign in and everyone I click sign in it says it failed and sign in again. It says the same thing when I tried to sign in with my Google account. I tried like 6 times. I give up! They said I had to order something or I wouldn't have access to my account. I tried, that's all I can do! The blanket was$70 before shipping and taxes.

Twice I spent an hour arranging a 16×20 collage that was to be free with a print promo. When I used the promo code it stated it wasn't available for that item. This happened on 2 separate orders.

App does not interface with the Shutterfly website (meaning if you make something in-app, you have to remake it on the website and vice-versa). This is especially unfortunate because the app is often difficult to navigate: Not adding selected pictures, unable to scroll, back button often takes you back to the home screen so that you have to sort through pages and pages of items to select the one you want again. Additionally, I have now twice received push-notifications in-app that are not valid.
