225 day streak on DuoLingo and I couldn't get past the test-out quiz near the beginning because I still struggle with grammar and tense. this app has already helped me immensely more than DuoLingo has over the past year. Sure, that app can be fun, but I'm not really retaining much of the "why." Already love this learning so much more!

This is a great app for practicing Spanish, with lots of detailed grammar lessons, customizable vocabulary practice, and conjugation drills. However, two major issues hold it back. First, when you make a grammar mistake on the exercises, the explanation doesn't always relate to the specific error, and second, the conversations don't sound like they're from native speakers- the delivery is stilted, making it difficult to practice listening comprehension.

Used to think it was great. It used to actually give the definitions of the words, English and Spanish. Took a break from studying Spanish and when I came back, the definitions were all gone. Only example sentences. Which sometimes is enough, but if I don't know a word in English or Spanish, I need the actual definition... I don't understand why so many companies have a good thing and then choose to ruin it.

I added the app to enhance what I am doing on DuoLingo. While I have only used this one only for a few days, it doesn't prompt one to speak any of the words, only to type or choose them. I didn't feel it was adequate enough for me.
