One star for a great and much needed service being offered. One more star for what appears to be the makings of a smoothe, crisp app. Except it's not smoothe or crisp at all, yet? Perhaps the latest patch has some glitches. I'm currently unable to set up payment methods or to engage in the process of planning a trip. I opened up the app info and manually granted it all the permissions it did not originally have, but this changed nothing. Emailed support, one more star if they respond fast

Just tried to get a ride home. The only car available was a 14 person van. My ride would have been $20, this ride wanted 120 before tax and tip. At the time it was likely that a person could have been intoxicated enough not to look at the fine print. That was underhanded and you have lost any trust I have in your service. I will do my best to never use again. BE BETTER.
