Now this service is a great amenity to have for Decatur IL. Taxis for $2. But DO NOT use this to get anywhere on time, you will wind up late often Huge arbitrary wait times that can say 2-3 hours out but the van could literally show up any second with no heads up. A van can be 3min away and all the sudden goes on a 15min pickup. And u never know how many pickups/drop offs will happen while youre in the van
