Could be a little more fleshed out it terms of smoothness of operating inside the app. Also occasionally the app will show the wrong currency on the card because it's shared between two regions

It works, until it doesn't. Without warning, whilst in a queue, you can't pay. Three or four days later, I'm invited to make an upgrade, though quite why this invitation should come so late, or purchases be blocked on an app that worked the days before is beyond me and, clearly, many others on this platform. Let's be clear, we don't really want your stars, or your tracking our purchases, we just want something that works. McCafe has a card with a stamp and they are cheaper than you anyway.

Terrible app, works awfully bad. Literally any IT student could have written a better one. It's laggy, ugly and virtually useless except for the card-scanning function. A company like Starbucks could have done a much better job. Starbuck app in the USA is wonderful, you should learn from them.

Another month and another problem with this app. Now it suddenly started ask (at start) to change password ... which is surprisingly don't working! It didn't asked for my email, so I do not even know if it want change password for my account. Application say that my old password is not correct format (normally I use fingerprint for login). Honestly, this is getting ridiculous, yours app is clearly the worst one from all these I regularly use. If you had not so good coffee and pleaseant barists in my local starbucks I would look for more reliable company. I resolved it in the end with changing password through web application, but this is far from user friendly approach. I do want come to starbucks, buy coffee and relax ... I do not want repeatebly solving issues with app ...
