Recently, the app became slower. Still not happy about cards with value being removed from my account without warning even when I'm constantly buying using the said account. What's the point of selling new cards to current members and expecting us to manually use each and every one of them to ensure they remain active?

It's useful (when it works) because we can order in advance, do our card top up while on the move. Unfortunately it doesn't always work - sometimes I cannot input a gift/new card into the app, sometimes I can't order because the previous order is still active and "pending" despite its completion weeks prior. Customer support exists but you get it only after a patient wait. The posted customer service phone number is obsolete.

Why do I have to keep logging in every single time after I close the app? Where's the option to always logged in that's in the other version? Many have pointed out about the user experience of this app, clearly this current iteration of the app is worse than the previous version. 😑 edit: I can't even access to the messages within the app. clicking on the notification brings me to nowhere. clearly no one listens to the users. and in-app notification showing the delivery status is there for mths
