Have you ever asked yourself, “What kind of bird is singing?” Bird Calls Id is the perfect aid to automatically identify the bird quickly and easily based on its song or call.

What's special: In order to precisely identify a bird, no prior knowledge or birdwatching expertise is required, it's fun for the whole family with a learning effect for children too!


This can be done in 3 different ways:

1. Automatic voice recognition function

This is the only app in the world that automatically recognizes bird sounds - just press a button and let it determine! She recognizes the most common garden birds by their calls and songs. So far the function has been running with 36 types, and the automatic function is constantly being improved and expanded. No internet connection is required for recognition; the identification is made solely using the integrated software in Bird Call ID.

To get the best results here are some tips:

- record for a full 30 seconds
- as little background noise as possible
- Record birds individually
- Remove the phone case
- Rotate your phone and point it towards the bird
- Voice quality of the recording must be good or very good (displayed)

2. Simply play the calls; at least one song and the corresponding call can be played for each of the 136 bird species. If desired, the birds can also be attracted!

3. If you are not sure what species it is, you can narrow down your search significantly by answering 6 simple questions using KUSAM technology. Using the "Compare" function, the voices of two similar bird species can be played directly one after the other.
