I didn't really think the app was worth paying for and canceled any subscription there may have been thereby saving myself any charges. however a week later I was charged 35 bucks anyway and Google Play and the apps developers just blamed each other. I never got a refund or credit so I would be leery of subscribing to any apps or Google Play.

this could be a good idea but i will never know. i cannot imagine dropping $30 for a single month of an app that doesn't have a free trial or any free features to test whether it's worth its exorbitant cost. from what little i can see there isn't even enough locked content to justify the price tag.
