Beyond The Breath, Inc.About this app
Developer Description
Care for Anxiety & Stress
Designed for when you need to get things off your mind, Ponder feels less like a chatbot and more like someone who really gets it, always ready to talk, tell you what you need to hear not what you want to hear, and always respectful of your privacy. It’s not about fixing you or giving canned advice, it’s about helping you unpack what’s going on and find your own next step.

Ponder: AI for Mental Health users say on Google Play
Ponder is really great for anybody trying to work through their thoughts. It guides you and helps you think deeper, without telling you what to think. In just a couple weeks, it's helped me with stuff I've been struggling with for a long time. I find it much better than any other chatbot I've tried. Highly recommend.
Extremely elementary. How can you self-characterize this as a digital "journal" when there is NO hint of manual search, nor export/print to PDF. You're essentially assuming users want to island thoughts to your app, alone. No thank you.
