Why has my switchee app on my phone stopped working..... Now seem to be working OK at present, added more stars.

Excellent for those who are Disabled with mobility issues. Excellent to come home to warmth. I don't use the Schedule but I can see the merits for mornings. Still slow to implement from app to wall mount, refresh is needed frequently as it doesn't do it when I sign in or periodical. Some of the experienced issues are resolved like signing in.

The app is ok but a bit slow to transmit settings to the thermostat... I say slow - the thermostat receives them quickly, but the app then sits there 'sending' for another 10 seconds before you can do anything else. I'd like to see an option to turn the hot water on for an hour ad-hoc for instances where it has run out. Google Assistant compatibility would have been good too. I also wish changing the temperature had an option to swipe up/down on the numbers instead of pressing the arrows.

Very poor usability makes this app pretty useless. I've been trying to pair my device and it just doesn't work. The device keeps resetting every time. I can adjust the temperature manually but can't program it. Better to get a better brand.

Stopped working properly after 6 months. We have to clear the app cash every single time we try to use the app, as it just crashes on opening. The app has started to display a different temperature than the actual temperature e.g I set the temperature to 17 degrees, on my phone app, but the thermostat temperature downstairs says its 20 degrees. We have updated and reinstalled the app, but it makes no difference. We can still control the temperature, using the thermostat downstairs.
