Update Oct 23. A recruiter (Aron) called me about the job I completed the on boarding for. Suggested it might be a glitch. I re-reinstalled Flex and my account was active. Also thanks for the developer feedback. I will leave this as example of what could happen. Flex did great with follow up and feedback about the issue I was having. Oct 22. Complete every task and the jobs disappear. Flex canceled my account after I removed the app from my phone and reinstalled it.

I've had both bad and good experiences with this app. So far it's been better than most other of its kind (which isn't really saying much tbh). It still has A LOT of room for improvement. First and foremost - transparency. They have incentives and perks that are obviously implemented to try motivating users but very little insight into their functionality. Big sweepstakes and prizes but nothing is known regarding the results of supposed drawings. The levels that they rate you seem arbitrary too

The app itself is decent, but the recent update reducing the search radius to 40 miles is a mistake, but my main complaint is the administration. They are unprofessional and punitive. When you try to uphold the very standards they set, or ask for clarity, they retaliate by drastically reducing your job offers. They are unhelpful and dishonest. I only recommend this if you are willing to work silently without asking questions or claiming your rights. Avoid if you expect basic respect.

Easy to use app, but don't expect any prior warning if your shift gets cancelled. I've just driven an hour for nothing.

When you try to reach support about glitches in the app (unable to interview for positions I'm overqualified for, the app keeps offering me these positions but won't let me interview), you get an AI chatbot who doesn't even know the app. AI keeps telling me incorrect information, to tap things in the app that don't exist. And when you finally get to chat with a real person, if you click out of the chat, you can't get back to it, you have to start a new one -- back to LexiAI. 🙄
