Says that the app is installed but is not showing on my phone OR my watch!!! Waste of money. UPDATE - Response to my concern was answered very quickly and I am now happy with my purchase. Seems to be working OK and looks great!

Pretty but you can't set the customization in the Wearable app, have to do it on the watch and then one tap and it changes so there is no way to set the customization and have it stay that way. Which is just annoying that you can't save the setting you want.

I tried 2x to purchase and install. Will not install. You email and receive multiple ways to try to install it. Come on! It should not have to be that complicated nor take that much effort. Many people have the same issue; that should tell you there is a design flaw somewhere. There are many enjoyable faces out there. Choose another.
