Teo app now propels Taxi Diamond and Taxi Hochelaga and Téo Taxi: 1500 taxis are now just a tap away to get around the province.

Request a ride, find out about your driver and the vehicle, receive a notification when the driver arrives, view your itinerary on a live map, pay automatically with your smartphone, and rate your ride.

Téo is convenient with its easy onboarding and mobile payment system. Téo provides useful information about your driver, the vehicle and its performance.

I rate this this app and now use it instead of Uber 100% of the time. There is a high driver availability, they usually come quickly (less than 10 mins), the price is reasonable and as the drivers are already registered as licensed city taxi drivers, I feel safer than with Uber. I prefer this local app as I think Uber is an underhand company that has undermined many taxi drivers' livelihoods. I only wish the app was a lil more fluid with its usability, but I can live with it!

I enjoy the service overall. I've used it a lot to travel around Montreal and I'm overall pretty satisfied. My only issue is that on some rides I waited for taxis for like over an hour. It's the only reason why I didn't put it 5 stars.

I want to preface my review saying that I prefer this a million times more than Uber. The drivers are courteous, the cars are clean and the pricing is fair. My issue is with the app. Every single time I book, the estimated time for the driver to reach you. Every time without fail, the app will show you for example 5mins before the driver arrives, but after those 5mins nothing changes. So you've been waiting for 8, 10, 12+ mins, but it still shows that it's 5mins away with the car icon not moving

It loses the visibility on a current taxi that is en route, allowing me to order a second one without confirming if that was normal first. But otherwise kinda works. Edit: Dropped stars, estimate is WAY off (50+%) from final price and support email bounces, terrible... We all want to ditch Uber, but come on, make an effort.

It is not easy to use. It automatically take 15% in tips if you don't select 0%. It doesn't offer you to give a dollar amount for tips. It makes you wait a very long time before advising there's no actual Teo taxi available. Then you have to another time for a regular taxi from Taxi Diamond. On to of that your bombarded with texts for a notice. I received 12 texts for one notification. It takes a pre-authorized amount on your card. You can't choose to pay on board. First and last time!!!
