Never had a problem before and now when I try to call Italy all I get is a telephone call to the New York tolani number

The calls I make require my using the touchpad to enter codes or selections. If you look at my account, all the calls made in 1 minute or less I couldn't complete on account the touchpad didn't work once the call begs, thus, I had to hang up, then start the call again...and I was still charged for the call even though I didn't complete the call.

MORE PROBLEMS NOT WORKING THAN YOU CAN IMAGINE ! SAYS YOUR CALL NUMBERS ARE SPAM YOU CAN'T GET ANYONE TO HELP WITH YOUR PROBLEM ! HAD THIS APP 10 YEARS AND NOW IT'S A HIT OR MISS TO CONNECT YOUR CALLING NUMBERS ! 6/12/ 25 COMPLAIN !

They steal your money: You will lose money you paid them just for making attempts to call someone even if you don't get through and DID NOT talk to the person you were calling. They will charge your account at least one minute talk + Connection fee even if there is NO connection for EVERY attempt! I tried to contact them BUT got totally ignored! Scammers! I will report them to the FCC. I didn't know when I paid them but you now know.
