Application to support land price lookup under Decision 30/2019 / QD-UBND dated December 31, 2019 for free

1. The prices of different types of land are used as a basis in the following cases:

a) Calculation of land use levy when the State recognizes the right to use residential land of households and individuals for the area within the quota; to permit the change of land use purposes from agricultural land, non-agricultural land other than residential land to residential land for the areas within the residential land allocation quota for households and individuals;

b) Calculation of land use tax;

c) Calculation of fees and charges in land management and use;

d) Calculation of fines for administrative violations in the field of land;

e) Calculation of compensation to the State for damage caused in land management and use;

e) Calculation of the value of land use rights to pay to people who voluntarily return land to the State in case the returned land is the land allocated by the State with the collection of land use fees, recognition of land use rights with collection of money use land or leased land with one-off rental payment for the entire lease term;
- Take effect from January 1, 2020. "
