Haven't been able to access the app or the website for about 3 weeks now. UPDATE: As of 11/26, my info is now showing on the app. But it shows unlimited talk & text, but that wasn't the plan I was on, so I'm not sure what is going on with that. I am just glad to access my info on the app again.

your rewards program on any website browser chrome or Firefox will appear for one day then for unknown reasons it will show a message saying reload when reload is touched the site won't appear something is causing this issue please fix ....the rewards program i am referring to is where you earn points like spinning a wheel or scratching off scratches that hardly give you anything

two attempts have been made to get access to the website and app, which is not a password and login credential issue. All of my account data is missing when I log in requiring me to call customer service. not currently happy about that

TracFone still hasn't refunded my $219.49 for a broken phone that I returned November 8 2025. i called them 2 times and they said I would have it in 7 business days and that was Dec 15 2025. plus charged me full price 3 months now on auto refill . nothing I can do
