The app works well and it allows for customisation of the buds' features I will continue using it. I do not understand why it requires an internet connection for me to use the app. Also I wished the app shows the battery percentage of my bud case and maybe the percentage of each bud (right and left). also having an animated pop up at the bottom of the screen showing battery percentages when the bud is connected to the phone will be amazing. I use Space buds Z.

One thing that bothers me about this app is why I need an internet connection just to open it and control my earpods. Why does that require the internet? If I'm stranded without service, does that mean I can't use advanced functions of my earpods, like ANC and transparency, etc.?

This is not the same app I gave a five star rating over a year ago.... it fails to connect to your earbuds so many times and even if it does, it takes forever to connect. Address this issue, please.

oraimo what's happening I use the space Box pro and after the app and firmware updated my sound quality and bass has dropped considerably and I can't feel the bass well. even when I deactivate the Bass function it sounds so terrible please do something about it asap. this is not fair at all please work on it
