the app is good , but the device faces are very limited, and not that nice. the custom dial doesn't include step counter .

Hello Joywear Team. I have been experiencing issues. I try connect the app to my OSW 16, but it keeps asking me to turn on GPS? Yes, i have set on Always Allow settings. I am on an Itel A33 plus. I am disappointed that it cannot connect.

Worst app that I have used so far. Initially, it synchronised with the smartwatch,and we're working in good order, but suddenly, everything stopped working to the extent that the watch couldn't be set ,as there's no more synchronisation with the app.
