Sleep: WHOOP helps you understand how well you sleep each night by measuring your Sleep Performance. Every morning, WHOOP provides a Sleep score from 0 to 100%. Sleep Planner calculates how much sleep you need to recover, tailored to your habits, schedule, and goals. Just started with Whoop Need time to review But, right now the most annoying thing is the permanent placement of the AI icon. Its blocking the basic functions like - Am not able to turn off 'Brocast Heart rate' Team could you do something 3 starts so far Will do the review again after few weeks
