UpToDate is the best medical reference, but the app’s download issues are frustrating. The pause/resume button doesn’t work—downloads restart from scratch if paused or interrupted or content update needed. In regions with slow/unstable internet (like many African countries), this makes offline access nearly impossible. Unexpected from such a reputable company. Please fix!

Unable to login since updating to Oxygen OS 16. The newest update does nothing to rectify this. Needs urgent update to the app to provide support. Borderline poor app support from the team. Disappointing.

I have used the app for a number of years already. But, in the last updates, the search query became sluggish, slow and pretty bad. it doesn't help at all for what it is supposed to: a quick search of topics, even in high end devices on a strong wifi connection.
