PROs -Fast Shifts, Paid WEEKLY, Set your own hours, park in your favorite staging spots, 12hr shifts get 1hr paid break. If you don't use your break you get paid extra, work 12hrs earn 13!! Cons - Address Pin Errors. Clients report trying to correct the address after the app changed it and the app will select the wrong pin again. Since the update the app doesn't show tip totals or weekly or lifetime ride totals. There needs to be a MINIMUM 10% FUEL SURCHARGE added into the fees applied.

Getting completely wrong addresses when linked with Google maps, which is supposed to be more accurate than the other 2 navigation options offered in-app. The difference in addresses is not merely location accuracy being a few houses away, it is sending me to addresses never previously used and usually 5 minutes away. Have screenshots recorded. Please fix, I have deleted and downloaded the app again too many times ! It is also no good on Wi-Fi, must have a good data plan to use (full-time).

Nice app, nice layout. BUT this app will crash a Google Pixel 6 phone when there is a high demand for drivers. In the last month it has crashed my whole phone 5 times. It also sucks the battery life of the phone. I can start at 100% and within 4 hours my phone will be down to 40%. Would be nice for this app to work with all phones not just Apple and Samsung

The app glitches very often. I was deactivated without warning and for no apparent reason. When a driver makes a suggestion to management, they are either ignored or dismissed. Riders cancel often and there is no cancellation fee for drivers. The company misrepresents what the pay rate and make inaccurate claims. Rides can be way below minimum wage and lower when you take into account rising gas prices.
