I'm updating my rating from 5 star to 4 star because the app will not let me put in time of pickup. The time keeps spinning. This started over a month ago. I can request on demand ride and will call. I love the app, don't get me wrong. The app needs to be fixed. I have a android and my granddaughter has a IPhone. Her app works fine. I think whatever is going on, it doesn't work for androids. I'm back calling for my ride. The app was convenient.

Very easy to schedule and alerts when ride is on their way is helpful. However this app takes forever to load. It is very slow. I have tried on Android and Apple. Please fix this.

the UZERV app is not allowing to put the time in when setting up for rides. The hour, minutes and AM/PM continually spins which I cannot control. I have Uninstaller and reinstalled the app at least 3 times so far and have let UZERV no of this issue too. Still not working.

The app was perfect until this latest update. I had to change this to one star because they changed the clock to set pickup time. Several times the wrong time was set when I had it for a different time. Its way too glitchy. Did they change the clock because people cant tell time? If thats the case there needs to be a option to have either or. If you can't tell time please practice.
