it's sometimes laggy but. it does everything I need it to. you can buy games, remote download games, add money, log into other devices, etc etc. no ads or anything stupid. to be clear this doesnt let tou play pc games, that's not how this works, it just let's you manage steam stuff. again it's often laggy. good tho

A much needed update finally happened. Valve ditched html5 wrapper (mostly) and now it feels like a native app - faster and smoother. There are still some questionable design elements which clearly part of its history. Hope they continue to regularly update this app and bring it closer to the functionally of the desktop version as much as possible. Still feels pretty bad. A far cry from the actual steam app on Windows.

A while back they did a big overhaul to the app. Now navigating it is gawd awful. It feels like it is focused towards iPhone users. One major example is when you hit the back button, it closes out the app. Why the hell would you want your app to do that? I have actively spent less money because the app just shuts down when I Wana go back one page to keep browsing games. Like c'mon. Back means back. Not go to home screen. Home means home. Lmao. Smh. also, why is chat its own app? lame.
