I've been using this app for years on multiple devices and it's always been perfectly robust for me. The UX of the hardware is questionable in my opinion and it's also weird that they don't describe what premium offers well but the free functionality of the app is great.

Spotty software drops out while sleeping. When it works it's fine. It records SPO2 and pulse. The problem is it has to be the only running app to work correctly. Unlike my previous where it worked in the background and I could fall asleep confident that when I awoke I would have a night's worth of recorded data, many times I wake up and it has nothing. Not even a partial, and I always make sure it's running for at least a few minutes.

The first year was fabulous. Worked perfectly with my phone. But after time, the device stopped connecting to the app. No matter what I do, I cannot get the two to work together anymore. It's too bad, because it was an excellent device. And when it did work I could easily email a log of my vitals to my cardiologist from my phone. Please, help me reestablish the connection between the device and the app.

Poor quality app. Does not save sleep data, so both the app I paid seventy dollars for and the ring I paid over a hundred dollars for are essentially useless for anything except real time in the moment tracking. This is incredibly frustrating as I bought these so that I could track my sleep habits over time. I will be requesting a refund for the app. it looks like I can't request a refund for the ring. Oh well. I guess I got scammed.

The old version of this software worked with all three of the devices that I have purchased from Wellue. Now since they have released this new version two of my devices work with the app, but my Pulsebit EX does not work with app anymore. Data will not upload from the device into the app. I wish they would check all their devices to make sure everything works before releasing new versions. Update 12/03/2025 - I have had several ECGs that the AI Analysis did not detect an arrhythmia. There was.
