Like the affirmations, many are timely & appear when I need some encouragement & reinforcement. Love the feature that lets me play affirmations back to back, & love the background music that goes with them & that I have the option to change the music with other tracks on the app. I can even sleep with the music on. Sometimes I wish the affirmations wouldn't change so quickly when I click on them, or that the background picture was still displayed, but still a nice app to have on my phone.

Couple of things: the quotes change waaay too quickly, so an option to change that would be nice. Also to know how long one track is. If you want to spend five minutes each morning, you should be able to set a time for that and know when it finishes. To feel it was complete. You cannot turn off the notifications. Ones from the community especially. This is the plain free version, but based on this I wouldn't pay for it, sorry. There are bugs too: the music plays but the quite won't change etc.

I dont trust it. As soon as you open the app a phone size ad appears, followed by mandatory terms, conditons, etc before accessing app. Seems suspicious.
