love the space pooper itself but the app is hit or miss. when I try to cycle the space pooper manually it won't do it. and sometimes it takes forever to update when things happen. that being said I love the box itself. the app can do whatever it wants and I won't complain much.

Does not install on old phones for some reason. I had to side load an old version. love the fancy cat machines but terrible app maintenence. You would think they would be more environmentally conscious.

I keep getting 70 + pinch detected messages in a row spamming my phone even when it's powered off. App keeps kicking off every month and I can't reconnect without resetting everything. Edit: App still not working correctly after 1 year. I have been getting multiple messages of issues that are not even an issue.The litter robot is unusable unless I manually turn it.It says litter is low when it's full ECT... It's pretty much useless unless I scoop it myself.I'm deleting the app so it stops spam
