Initial Log-In Sucks. Just installed it on my phone, again. Still cannot get passed the log-in page. My email never works. company name just bounces back to log-in. It doesn't deny that one,it acts like it's taking me to then next step. Then it bounces me right back to where I was. There has to be a fix on this. It's not the first time I've had this issue. once I'm signed in, the app is decent.

No options to activate dark theme. Can't see who have seen and who reacted to a message. Calling party not aware that the other party already answered the call, who on the hand, can't hear anything from the caller.

The message read status does not sync between PC and mobile. Sometimes when I click on the message notification, it won't lead me to the message. It takes longer time compared to other messaging apps to load messages upon switching to the chat group. When multiple topics are being discussed in the same chat group, it's hard to keep track of the discussion due to the design of the chat.
