Has potential but needs polishing. If the app is not open, incoming calls aren't seen or triggered for answering. it needs a better onboarding method as well because it was little confusing to set up and the website has no instructions. If the dev addresses those issues, I think it has potential as it could fill the current void for a twilio native app. In the meantime, unfortunately I couldn't use this app for production, it needs a good push forward to be truly a business solution. Thanks.

It's a handy app for teams who use Twilio but who have not yet developed their own in house app. After a week of using it with the $8.49/mo I ended up just creating a separate app in twilio with more functionality. With this app I was hoping to have an embedded transparent call and sms functionality that worked natively with the android backend. However it is a separate app Edit: Twiconnect recently got an update on October 6, 2020. With that update my subscription plan completely disappeared!
