The Gables Resident App is your partner in all things related to your community, especially when you’re on the go. With the Gables App you can now make monthly rent payments, submit maintenance requests, reserve amenities and more. This app is another extension of the Gables motto in “Taking Care of the Way You Live!”

Gables Resident App features (options vary based on your community):
- Submit one-time rent payments in three easy steps with various payment methods.
- Set up monthly automatic payments to help you avoid late fees.
- Submit maintenance requests with photos and voice memos and track the progress along the way.
- Reserve community amenities such as the resident lounge, meeting rooms, and pool area with just a few short clicks.
- Track when your packages are delivered or picked up.
- Interact within your community through the Bulletin Board.

The Gables Resident app has been designed for communities that use the RENTCafé platform as their Resident Portal. Some features may not be available at your community as options vary based on each community. If you have any questions about specific features, please reach out to your leasing office.

How much easier can it get with their app has made things so easy and convenient! I'm a huge fan of this apartment complex! The staff has made my time here enjoyable with quick response assisting anyone if help is ever needed! With the Gables resident app everything's included no more digging through your mail just open the app and tap paynow or set up automatic payments each month. This does include all your utility bills and everything that you agreed upon in your lease. Very easy to use!

the way did use black and purple you can't even see the fields that you're supposed to fill in they also do a lot of other things are you can't see the to fill in.

What once was a simple to use app with little to no issues, it is now filled with a plethora of software bugs, one of which lasted well over 3 months. This software bug made it so a resident such as myself could not file any sort of maintenance request. I mentioned this to the front desk employees, and I've emailed the developer at least a couple of times with no luck at all. Gables Montecito is a sinking ship, that's what happens when you chose profit over people.
