The RentCafe Resident app is your partner in all things related to your community, especially when you’re on the go. We make it easy to pay rent, request maintenance, or reserve amenities.

RentCafe Resident App features (options vary based on each community):
- Submit one-time payments in three easy steps with various payment methods.
- Set up monthly automatic payments to help you avoid late fees.
- Share rent, utility, and other costs with roommates using monthly automatic payments
- Submit maintenance requests with photos and voice memos and track progress along the way.
- Reserve community amenities such as the clubhouse, meeting rooms, and pool area with just a few taps.
- Track when your packages are delivered or picked up, all within your app.
- Sign and complete your lease renewal directly in the app.
- Interact within your community through the Bulletin Board.

The RentCafe Resident app has been designed for communities that use the RentCafe platform as their Resident Portal. Some features may not be available at your property as options vary based on each community. If you have any questions about specific features, please reach out to your property management company.

This app seems mostly helpful, however, it'd be great if there was a way for residents to show how much they've paid for what. For example, if there are 3 people in an apartment, if 1 person pays for their 3rd, it'd be great if there was at least an option to type a note that they've paid $2 of a $6 fee that month & 1/3 of the rent for that month. It might also be helpful if the payments made in 1 month counted for that month unless the resident goes 2 another part of the app to pay overdue fees

have had problems scanning my check. it wouldn't let me January 3-4th so I wound up paying with my checking/debit account which added fees. I didn't see where I could speak with anyone to assist me with this problem.

overall a good app except the payment system which for me is the #1 reason I use this app! so no debit cards...weird but ok fine so direct access using electronic check is only option. I am fine with this except it is insanely slow to withdraw funds. a week to even two weeks to withdraw funds is ridiculous! which is why I would prefer debit, even if you charged a fee at least once I paid my bill the funds would be reserved at my bank almost immediately and I would know it was successful!

1 star since throughout updates, the payment method issue still persists. Not even on a desktop can I successfully submit a payment. Adding a payment method does not work. Inconvenience.
