I am having an issue logging into the app using my password. When accessing online, I am prompted to input code sent to my email. On the app, there is no prompt to add a code and when I am prompted to reset password, the link produces a code, which is not giving me the ability to actually use on the app.

It keeps telling me that my email or password is incorrect. They are not. I've updated the password multiple times and I still keep getting the same error.

They end up leaking after a couple months of using. I reached out to them and they basically called me a liar. At first I thought this cup would be the last kind I'd have to buy but seriously it doesn't just leak, when you fill it the liquid literally just runs out of the top!!! I'm going to my social media and my business social medias to let people know exactly what kind of people these guys are, they won't even stand behind their product and tried making me feel like a liar and an inch tall!!
