I have Haylou S30, after firmware update to V.1.0.0.7 i notice the sound quality is downgraded, it was better in V.1.0.0.6 especialy the ANC and Classical preset, does anyone feel the same? Please Haylou developer update your Haylou S30 firmware to fix this issue and add customizable EQ. That would be great because S30 is your famous product! Thank you.

I've been using this app for a week now as I've bought Haylou Mori pro ear buds 1 week ago, so far I'm loving this app & the ear bud. The simple & minimalistic UI design is really great. Hoping to get regular firmware updates for my earbuds through this app.

App itself is not bad, but it definitely lacks user friendly features. I own haylou s30 and i would like to use a custom equalizer for them and not the preset sound settings (which are bad). The lack of such features really makes the usage of the product less enjoyable. Would be really great to see better features added!

why do I need to create some damn account just to change couple settings on my headphones? disaster

You don't need my email, phone number or location just to update firmware on what is supposedly "my" hardware. To everyone reading this, don't feed them real data, find and use a temporary email service, and pass fake location through a mock GPS provider. It only takes a couple of minutes to set up. Won't buy anything from Haylou ever again.
