That is complete bizarre!! Have 4 head phones/ ear buds and 3 speakers. All different models. All Marshall. The sound quality is good. No questions here. But!!! Marshall claiming to make top class audio devices and not being able to provide decent software updates is a strange match. When you see the firmware update is available but cannot install it not matter what you try. What is it? Should be as easy as a whiff. P.S. Update as of 10.01.2026. It works as before but little bugs are annoying.

Difficult to keep it connected. For some reason it creates two connections when paired. When trying to use the app, it just resets randomly, making it difficult to navigate it. Then the phone uses the other connection for sound. And after this, the phone goes crazy trying to use one or the other....speaker is great, app no so much.

Not able to connect with App, even after I factory reset my Marshall IV headphones. However, I can connect to same device without app. The app keep on showing "Searching". All permissions are given to app. Even retried by unpairing the headphones from phone.
