I just did verification through the app and it got rejected. In the settings page I clicked on the "Verification failed" tab and nothing happened. So I clicked on the "Saved Cards" tab. A systems message appeared saying my profile couldn't be verified because documents have been submitted on another profile. How is this even possible if I submitted documents just yesterday?

I was doing really well I felt comfortable now to deposit some funds and then I had to verify my identity and which took way to long and was not excepting my photos and after that the same thing with the card I was using to make deposit. In this duration of time with face scans and precision perfection photography I for unknown reasons I was unable to access my account and lost everything that I spent days earning. can't even trade the house coin that I won weeks ago. so I'm pissed off. TBC.

Be careful. It's a scam app. I opened trades and when I open them they show at the same price with the rest of the platforms but as the price goes in your direction on the rest of the platforms, this one stays unchanged. I have a small short on btc, the btc price is 117050 currently and it shows 117885 on their platform 🤣🤣 carzy. But when I opened the trade the price was only 50 dollars different from bianance. They sent me some e-mails trying to explain 900 dollar difference as swap haha
