Developer Description

Enter the hours worked, overtime, holidays and expense reimbursements!

ZPayDay a the free app that allows employees to enter from mobile the main data relating to their work (hours worked, overtime and holidays) and to have some typical functions of the HR Portal available:

• view your payslip;
• receive communications published by the company;
• complete in the Health Check questionnaire for self-assessment of their health status.

ZPayDay is simple and designed for daily use by the employee.

The compilation is extremely fast and intuitive; the collected data will then be validated by the company - which will be able to eliminate any anomalies or errors - and conveniently sent to the Payroll Web application ready to be checked by those who deal with the processing of payroll (Payroll service provider or Association).

This is possible thanks to the complete integration with our Web Payroll software!

Who it is addressed to

The ZPayDay app is addressed to employees of client companies of the Studios or Associations who already use the Zucchetti Web Payroll software for processing payrolls.

ZPayDay is dedicated to companies that do not have a specific solution for Attendance & Time management and Travel Expense Management.

Operational notes

In order for the application to work properly, the Company must have previously activated the Zucchetti Web Payroll solution (version 05.28.00 or higher) and the HR Portal (version 08.06.00 or higher) enabling individual workers to use it.
