ZSafe PRO MED vVARY

General information
ZSafe PRO MED is the innovative app designed for Occupational Physicians that allows the company doctor to manage fit-for-work assessment appointments, to prepare the fit-for-work report for specific tasks and to record the health and risk file of workers included in the health surveillance programme, in accordance with the provisions of Annex 3A of Leg. Dec. 81/2008. Physicians can do all this securely, even on the go and without an internet connection, directly on their smartphone or tablet.

The app interfaces securely with a web service, in the cloud or on-premises, so health and worker data can be recorded.

How the app works?
Through a web procedure, the doctor is authorised to access the data of one or more companies registered in the system, which allows him/her to schedule medical appointments in a calendar, indicating the place and date of the appointment and the workers requiring a medical assessment.

Through the app, the physician can view the calendar of medical appointments, the significant occupational data needed for the medical examination and the health data of the worker. The doctor can process the fit-for-work assessment report, specifying the tests performed and any worker requirements or limitations. The app can also be used to fill in the health and risk file of the worker, specifying the physical examination, medical history, conclusive assessments as also including health-related attachments.

Who is the app designed for?
The app is designed for Occupational Physicians.

Occupational health professionals using the ZSafe PRO MED web product can connect to deliver the service in outsourcing mode.

In the case of companies that use the Health Surveillance and/or Health Record products of the Safety Solution Project, doctors can connect to provide the service in insourcing mode.

Operational notes
The ZSafe PRO MED mobile app is compatible with version 24.00.00 or higher of the Safety Solution/ZSafe PRO med and version 23.01.00 or higher of the HR Portal.

Server technical requirements: same requirements as the HR portal. The Safety web app is required with the Health Surveillance and/or Health Record modules or ZSafe PRO MED.
