FINALLY... This is something that should have been made a while ago, so thanks!
READ THIS BEFORE YOU REGISTER Eventually got there What you need to know. What they don't tell you in the app. You CANNOT use the old account number from the old bill format to register. You should call the automated number to get the new account number. ALSO get your new bill balance because you need both to complete registration. My new balance was only for 7 days which means with the new app/changes your payment date may be different too.
the website seemed to work fine before. not sure why they felt the need to do this.
I really do not like that I no longer have the option to pay separate houses individually and am being forced to pay them in one lump sum, it is extremely inconvenient as I pay them from separate checks entirely during the month.
