First of all, this app is self-explanatory and easily navigated. The bill is broken down, and how to pay your bill is as well. The logging in had been difficult for me for about 4 attempts, then it cleared up, and I haven't had a problem since. This app also gives you several ways to pay to help you, the customer. If there are any problems you may contact the staff at any time. The staff are very courteous and knowledgeable.
