“AOK My Life” – your AOK’s electronic patient record (ePA) – offers you the opportunity to organize your health data centrally. Have medical documents prepared by your treating doctor. Complete these with your own entries and create your personal health history. You can safely share this with other medical facilities if necessary. This gives your doctor a quicker overview and leaves more time for your treatment.

Simple, secure and individual: access to your medical documents
Keep track of your health: doctor's reports and other medical documents can be securely stored in your file. Authorized doctors upload your documents directly for you. Complete your health history with your own documents. You also have access to integrated information such as your vaccination certificate, dental bonus booklet, proof of incapacity for work and much more. You decide individually who is allowed to view which data.

Digital medication list
