With the “AOK Bayern eRegulation Aids” app, you can get your prescription for an orthopedic aid such as bandages or insoles easily and directly on your smartphone.

Without the hassle of paperwork, you can issue your electronic prescription quickly and securely with an aid provider, e.g. B. a medical supply store.

The app for e-regulations can be used by those insured by AOK Bayern. With this app you have your aid prescription on your smartphone. Your doctor will issue it digitally in the medical practice and you will then forward it free of charge to the aid provider, i.e. a medical supply store, a pharmacy or another specialist shop.

This app also offers even more – a doctor search, a search for participating medical aid providers and you can see the processing status of your e-prescription at any time. The offer for the electronic aid prescription is free and voluntary - both for insured persons as well as for medical practices and aid providers.

Registration

Initial registration and subsequent logins are simply carried out using the familiar process for the “My AOK” app. Simply start the app and enter your login details from “My AOK”.
