The ERGO app offers mobile and digital services for everything related to your insurance.
Report damage, submit invoices, view contract data, use the digital mailbox. Everything in one app.
"REPORT DAMAGE"
Send us the damage caused via the app.
NEW: "PHOTO FUNCTION - SUBMIT INVOICES"
An invoice for e.g. B. Take a picture of your teeth cleaning with your smartphone and upload it for processing - done!
"VIEW CONTRACT DATA"
Look in your digital insurance folder under "My insurances" to view your contract details and use the services.
"DIGITAL MAILBOX"
Look in your mailbox under "My insurance" for notifications and contract documents, which you can call up at any time.
"PRODUCTS AND OTHER SERVICES"
Calculate an offer for yourself, for example our additional dental tariffs. You can save it or complete it directly in the app.

simple, great, works as expected.
so complicated, you feel with every click that it's just an appified website, which also is unstable, and also the user journey is super complicated
Diese App ist wirklich der letzte Mist. Rechnungen einreichen geht nur wenn es jpg sind, man bekommt aber keine Meldung das es so sein muss. Dann dürfen die jpg eine gewisse Größe nicht überschreiten, aber auch dazu gibt es lediglich eine Fehlermeldung ohne Erklärung. Am Ende setzt man sich an PC und Scanner um alles zu machen. Wenn man dann noch seine Nachrichten lesen möchte wartet man auf die Bestätigung Nr die man dann wieder hier eintippen muss... So etwas von amateurhaft aber auch.
Customer service is poor. Kept sending a message to update my mothly contribution yet nothing happens.
