If you are a fiber customer you can:
• Consult your invoices, the amount and the date on which the payments are made.
• Pay your pending bills.
• Change your fiber product or upgrade to SMART Fiber when available in your area.
• Contract and manage services such as DIGI storage or Conexión Plus.
If you are a contract customer you can:
• Consult the gigabytes consumed and accumulated.
• Change your mobile products or contract Fiber.
• Configure services such as voice mail or the notification of missed calls.
• Group all your contracts.
If you are a prepaid customer you can:
• Check your balance, transfer it to another line or request a balance advance.
• Check the gigabytes and minutes consumed.
• Switch to a contract or activate more mobile products.
• Configure services such as voice mail or the notification of missed calls.

Should have English language as an option for expats otherwise a good app.
Difficult to add money each month as system says not available each time I put my details in. Or it says time out!
1. Add English UI, this is easy, once you have it in already for other non-english counties. 2. Switching from sim to e-sim leads to an error. 3. WhatsApp support doesn't full functional. The first and only piece of advice: "Contact us on Facebook or Instagram". What's wrong with WhatsApp why forcing a client to search a solution on less convenient platforms? 3. The functionality of the app: almost 0.1 Yeah, you can see your facturas, change your plan, but can't order a simcard replacement.
Can never login or top up, it's a very temperamental app. Always states try again later.
