Tells me online to download this app, download the app and you can't complete any training on there as it says you have to be online on the uk agent site... i mean come on! sort the glitches out please

Awful!!!!!! This is the hardest App I have ever used. Makes no sense, no clear indication how it works, doesn't sync with online training which is now stopping me from completing training. Continuously asks for a code to complete training on my phone, there isn't one. Why is it not the same layout as other Disney training ???
