Please bring back the option to text security. Currently there is only a call security option. Sometimes it's hard and unsafe to call security when you're on the train with a lunatic.

The app is convenient when riding the light rail and bus however I would like to see a few upgrades. For example, when looking at the light rail schedule, it can be confusing as what is inbound and outbound since the route goes from South Charlotte to the North (UNCC). To me it should read northbound or southbound.

CATs have a new program fare capping(Its very consfusing& complicated) with their one minute video & the info they posted on the website. However you have to spend $88 (one way, day, weekly)activated I spent $88 by the end of the month they refuse to put a pass in the app had a red check mark instead of a yellow check mark. After calling, emailing, fb message multiple times. when you pay a pass through the app with CATS Wi-Fi it will not go through and say not active & operators get an attitude

CATS (Charlotte area transportation center).. where you can be at the bus stop 10 minutes early and it shows up 10 minutes late, or get to it 3 minutes before it says and it left 4 minutes ago.. #TRASH
